WONSTON Community Café will be back at Victoria Hall in Sutton Scotney on Wednesday, January 18. The fundraising café will be raising money for SERV Wessex – The Blood Runners, with charity volunteer and local resident John Varley attending to talk about its purpose.

SERV Wessex delivers blood products, urgent samples and medication from hospital pharmacies as a free volunteer ran service.

The café will also be supporting Goalball on Wednesday, February 15 and BOAZ on Wednesday, March 15. Volunteer Janis Kinell said: “Please do come along to support the community café, which is staffed entirely by volunteers. All the cakes are homemade, we have real coffee and plenty of free parking.”

The café is cash only.

MEANWHILE, the first Holy Trinity Pop Up café of the year will be on Wednesday, January 11 in support of Fitzroy’s Love4Life.
