A WHITE van driver has lost his licence after he was caught behind the wheel with cannabis in his system.
Gary Burke, of Ringlet Way, Winchester was stopped in a Ford Transit on March 26 in a car park off St Clement's Street.
It was found that he had 5.7ug/l THC in his blood, exceeding the legal limit.

The 39-year-old pleaded guilty when he appeared at Aldershot Magistrates' Court on December 9.
He was fined £120 and must pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £34 as well as £100 costs.
He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.
