TRAFFIC is building on a major Hampshire road following an incident north of Winchester.
The A303 eastbound is said to have one lane blocked close to the Bullington Cross interchange with the A34 and Overton Road, near Micheldever Station.
The ROMANSE traffic information service said the problem is thought to be a broken down vehicle.
It is warning of delays of 20 minutes.
