A DRIVER has received a heavy fine after he was caught speeding at well over 100mph on the M3.
Kenneth Parker, 61, was clocked by traffic police driving a 70-reg Tesla Model S on the motorway at 118mph at East Stratton, north of Winchester.
Parker, of Chestnut Close, Chandler's Ford, admitted the offence committed on October 29 last year.
Magistrates in Aldershot on Monday November 28 imposed a £666 fine with a £66 victim surcharge and £110 costs. Six penalty points were added to his driving licence.
