It seems Winchester has a new resident comedian.
Neon signs popped up across the city on Thursday, November 10 bearing rude slogans such as 'cock' and 'your mum is fat.'
The signs, handwritten on cardboard star shapes, have been fixed to buildings around the city, such as those in Jewry Street and St George's Street.

The slogans and facts, such as 'one in three people do not wipe after having a poo', are seemingly written by the same person.
They shouldn't be too hard to remove though as they have been stuck on using blu-tack.
With the current weather, perhaps some strong wind and rain will be enough to wash them away.
