A lorry has struck a railway bridge in Romsey.
Greatbridge Road was blocked in both directions following the incident, which took place this afternoon.
Shocking pictures show the back of the lorry collapsed with some of its load spilled onto the pavement.
A spokesperson from Hampshire Constabulary said: "We were called at 3.20pm to a report of a road traffic incident on Greatbridge Road.
"A lorry had struck a railway bridge.
"Officers attended and a diversion was put in place while the road was cleared."
