James Meade, in Hursley, can install solar panels at Pitt Vale Farmhouse, Enmill Lane.
Jacqueline Radford's application for a garden shed at 31A The Shed, Main Road, was permitted.

In Otterbourne, Mr and Ms Simon and Stephanie Parker and Fox had an application permitted to extend an existing detached garage with addition of first floor accommodation providing an office and gym with an external staircase. This was at 59 Cranbourne Drive.

In Winchester, Jonathan Nott can have secondary glazing to all fixed panes of glass in windows at 20 St Thomas, Flat 6 Southgate Street.

Ed Dines, had an application permitted for alterations and extension to St Barnabas Church, Fromond Road.

Mr and Mrs Searle had an application permitted for single storey side and rear extensions with internal alterations and porch extension at 9 Greatfield Road.

An application submitted by an agent was permitted at 48-49 Lloyds Tsb Bank Plc, High Street. This was to replace an existing internal deposit machine alongside an existing ATM; to be installed through a solid wall with minor alterations on both sides and to the top and bottom.
