VILLAGER Tom Farmer has been fined more than £800 after he was caught breaking the speed limit on a motorway near Bristol.
Farmer, 31, of Winchester Hill, Sutton Scotney, was clocked driving at 57mph in a 40-zone near the junction of the M4 bd M5on February 4 this year, a court heard.
Farmer was not in court but was convicted under the single justice procedure at Bath Magistrates Court on September 1.
Magistrates fined him £663 with a £63 victim surcharge and £90 costs. Four penalty points were added to his driving licence.
