A LATE-night crash wrecked railings outside a village shop near Winchester.
The incident happened when a white Ford saloon smashed into safety barriers, demolishing wall and crumpling metal barriers by the Post Office on Main Road, Hursley, at about 4.30am on Sunday September 4 .
Local parish councillor Eleanor Bell sent in the photographs of the aftermath.
However, there is currently no police investigation into the crash.
A police spokesman said: "This was reported to us, however it was a damage-only incident and there is no onward police investigation."
