WINCHESTER Cathedral again has pulled out of revealing its controversial plans for the Close.
Cathedral bosses had been due to make a presentation at the town forum at the Guildhall on March 20.
But Winchester City Council was told that the masterplan was not ready, following a similar postponement in January.
The cathedral proposes to build on part of the Dean Garnier Garden as it relocates several departments including the education centre.
The idea has been criticised as the garden was only created in the mid-1990s and is looked after by a 200-strong Friends organisation.
