A ROMSEY pensioner must pay more than £1,000 after he was convicted of careless driving near his home.
Michael Lee, 75, of Seward Rise, drove a 57-reg Vauxhall Astra on Seward Rise on August 12 without due care and attention.
He had denied the charge but was found guilty at Aldershot Magistrates Court.

The bench on Monday August 1 disqualified him from driving for four months.
He was also fined £660 with £425 costs and a £66 victim surcharge. The penalties must be paid by September 1.
