A BISHOP'S Waltham man has admitted a second offence of intentional strangulation of a woman.
Karl Stanley Wood, 48, of Campion Drive, was in custody awaiting sentence for strangling a woman on July 3.
At Winchester Crown Court on Wednesday August 10, appearing via video link from Winchester Prison, he pleaded guilty to intentionally strangulation of a woman in domestic violence on July 11 and assault by beating of the same victim on July 10.

The judge, the Recorder of Winchester Angela Morris, adjourned the case for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
Wood is due to be sentenced on September 28. He was remanded in custody.
