A VILLAGE shopkeeper has been convicted of failing to submit company accounts.
Jane Mackrell, 53, director of South Wonston Stores Ltd on Downs Road, South Wonston, was found guilty of failing to comply with a duty to file accounts and reports with the registrar at Companies House.

The case was proved in her absence at Cardiff Magistrates Court on July 21.
She was fined £220 and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge and £75 costs, to be paid by August 18.
