Suspicious activity in Romsey was reported recently with police looking to return items left at the scene.
In the early hours of July 25, police reported the activity in Fairview Close.
Various tools were left behind.
In a Facebook post, Test Valley Cops said: “Some suspicious people disturbed this morning in Fairview Close Romsey at 1.30am - left in a white panel van.
“This property was left behind. If it is yours, or if you can assist with police enquiries please call 101 and quote reference 44220299546.”
A Hampshire Constabulary spokesman said: "We received a report on 25 July from a member of the public that he had disturbed a group of men acting suspiciously earlier that morning, 1.30am, in Fairview Close, Romsey."
