A HOME selling expert from Hampshire has written her first book based on her experiences staging houses so they sell quickly.
Natalie Evans has written Happy Home Sale which will be released on July 21, and she hopes it will make selling your home a truly blissful experience.

Written by award winning home staging business owner of Mean Valley business Little Barn Door, Happy Home Sale combines real life experiences with property industry expertise to bust old myths and negative cliches and replace them with essential techniques and strategies.

Natalie’s book shows homeowners the power of mindset and positivity to bring happiness, joy and staggering success to their home selling journey.

She said: “After working with hundreds of clients across the UK, one commonality stood out - regardless of their home style, location or selling situation, all were stuck in anticipation of a stressful selling process”.

The practical guide mindfully takes its readers through every step of the home selling process, from staging a home for the perfect buyer to moving to a new property.

The book is described by Alson Edgar MBE as the “bible to turn your daunting home-selling experience into a positive one.”

After launching her Home Staging business in late 2018, Little Barn Door has been proud to become a top home staging specialist - achieving Best Home Staging Specialist, England in the 2021/22 Global Awards.

Natalie said her experience working with home sellers has opened her eyes to everyone’s selling journey, realising that the power in achieving a successful sale sits as firmly with mindset as with any of the other more well-known property marketing practises. Injecting her infectious positivity into the business, Natalie began to give a greater mindful approach to her client support.

Since launching her business 80 per cent of the clients who sought Natalie’s advice and services achieved the offer they desired in just four weeks.

As a mother of three, Natalie said she appreciates the importance of maintaining a balanced and stress-free life and hopes her book and new podcast will reach home sellers and bring some ease to them as they navigate their home selling journey.
In addition to the Happy Home Sale book, Natalie’s podcast series of the same title was launched in late June 2022.
