A MOTORCYCLIST has been taken to hospital with serious injuries following a two-vehicle collision on Saturday morning (July 9).
Police were called at 8.53am with reports of a collision on Droxford Road (A32), near the Meon Valley Garage and The Roebuck Inn pub.
A motorcycle and a Mercedes were involved.
A Hampshire Constabulary spokesperson said the motorcyclist, a man in his 50s, has been taken to Queen Alexandra Hospital in Cosham for treatment to serious but not life-threatening injuries.

The ambulance service has been contacted for comment.
