A YOUNG Winchester driver is set to learn whether he will be disqualified after he was found guilty of causing a head on collision.
The court heard that on November 18, 2020, Liam Woods, of Highcliffe Road, drove a Honda Civic on Wales street without due care and attention.
The 18-year-old then crashed into an oncoming vehicle.
Woods was not required to attend the hearing at Aldershot Magistrates' Court on Monday, June 27. Instead, the charge was proved in his absence.
The case was adjourned to Basingstoke Magistrates on July 18 to allow time for driving ban to be considered.
