The freehold of 3 Eastgate Street is being offered with a guide price of £600,000+ at an auction on Tuesday, July 12.

The property is entirely let to the ‘Taste of Gurkhas’ restaurant on a tenancy where either the landlord or tenant can give notice at any time and produces annual rent of £39,600. The 2,769-sq ft property comprises a basement, ground floor, small mezzanine, and two upper floors, with planning for residential.

The Acuitus auction will take place on July 12th at 1pm and will be broadcast via livestream on the Acuitus website with bidding online, by telephone and by proxy.
