A SWANMORE man has been fined for speeding on a bridge over the River Thames.
Darren John Silvester, 42, was clocked breaking the speed limit on the A282 Dartford Crossing in Essex on September 20 last year, a court heard.
Silvester, of Cobbett Close, was recorded driving at 62mph when the limit is 50.
Magistrates in Basildon fined him £183 with a £34 victim surcharge and £90 costs. Three penalty points were added to his licence.
