On so many occasions where a criminal has been arrested and found guilty on multiple occasions, but given a modest sentence, the individual more often that not continues to repeat crimes.
On a national basis, the parole board has advised the release of dangerous criminals, where they once again offended following being released.
I find it hard to believe that stabbing someone multiple times, killing this lady 'had not intend to cause her death' (Chronicle June 16).
