The High Street in Bishop's Waltham was packed with dozens of tables and chairs and hundreds of people on Sunday.
Across the district there were around 35 street parties, a record, as well as gathering in parks and open spaces.
Jill Fitzgerald, been in Bishop’s Waltham 11 years, made a special cake for the anniversary: “I’ve been in Bishop’s Waltham for 11 years so this is my second street party. We’ve had a brilliant time - the Queen is amazing, isn’t she? It looks like we’ve managed to escape the rain, too.”
Jonathan Booth and daughter Ophelia: “Today has been brilliant, it’s great to see the whole community coming together. We were in Trafalgar Square in London on Thursday which is where we got the flag. The numbers there were incredible, there was such a mix of nationalities, too.”
