A WINCHESTER woman was harassed by Craig Stuart Charles who must now do unpaid work.
Charles, 28, of Scott Paine Drive, Hythe, admitted the offences committed between March 27 and April 18 when he sent many emails and unwanted calls, a court heard.
Basingstoke Magistrates Court imposed a community order with a rehabilitation activity requirement for up to 30 days and unpaid work for 200 hours within the next 12 months.
The Bench imposed a restraining order to stop Charles contacting the woman or going to Trussell Crescent in Weeke, Winchester, to last until May 22 2015.
Charles was also ordered to pay a £95 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
By committing the offence Charles also breached a community order made for harassment of another woman in 2020. That order was revoked with no penalty, but with a new restraining order made to last until May 22 2025.
