Fined for dropping a cigarette butt
DROPPING a cigarette butt in the street has proved very expensive for a Romsey man.
Jamie Conde, 23, of Greenwood Close, was seen tossing away the butt in Above Bar, Southampton, on January 8 this year.
Conde was not present at Portsmouth Magistrates Court but admitted the charge under the single justice procedure.
Magistrates fined him £76 with a £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs, a total of £195.
