A MOTORIST has been fined for speeding in Old Alresford.
Mark Hamilton Temple, 57, drove in a 04-reg VW Golf at more than 30mph on the B3046 Basingstoke Road on May 25 last year, a court heard. The exact speed was not stated on the court record
Temple, of Comrie, Perthsire, Scotland, admitted the offence by post. He was not present at Basingstoke Magistrates Court.
The magistrates fined him £40 with a £34 victim surcharge and £26 costs. Three penalty points were added to his driving licence.
