A MOTORIST has been fined for driving without due care and attention near Winchester.
John Pickett, 67, of Pelican Court, Hursley, was caught after an incident in Otterbourne on September 12 last year, a court heard.
Pickett admitted the charge which happened when he was driving a Vauxhall Insignia on Boyatt Lane.
Magistrates in Aldershot fined him £200 with £90 costs and a £34 victim surcharge. Seven penalty points were added to his licence. The penalty must be paid by June 15.
