THERE is heavy traffic on the M3 at Winchester this morning (Saturday, May 14) after a lorry overturned.
One lane was shut on the M3 between J12 at the A335 (Eastleigh) and J13 at the A335 Leigh Road (Chandlers Ford) after a lorry rolled over and shed its load.
Although the road has now reopened, heavy traffic remains in the area, with approximately 20 minute delays and congestion to J10 (Winchester).
