A WARRANT has been issued for the arrest of a Romsey man who failed to attend court.
Samuel Hudd, 42, of Sutherland Close, was due at magistrates court on a charge of drug driving.
The court record states the allegation that Hudd drove a 53-reg vehicle on Station Road in Winchester on December 17 last year.
The prosecution says that his reading of benzoylecgonine, a metabolite of cocaine, was 204 ug/l when the legal limit is 50ug/l.
When Hudd failed to attend Basingstoke Magistrates Court on Thursday May 5 the Bench issued the warrant.
