TV comedian Dom Joly will take to the stage once more after a decade away from touring when his show comes to Winchester later this month.

Dom Joly’s Holidays Snaps will appear at Theatre Royal Winchester on Sunday, May 15.

After over a decade away from touring, the writer, broadcaster, former columnist and well-known creator of hidden camera show, Trigger Happy TV, returns with his first tour since 2011 – giving fans a rare opportunity to see him live.

A spokeswoman for the theatre said: "Joly will talk about his exploits as a serial globe-trotting and seeker of dangerous travel spots including North Korea, Syria and Chernobyl and most unusual places on the planet (he famously attended school with Osama Bin Laden).

"With the help of a PowerPoint, Joly will regale the audience with tales; his holiday snaps providing comedy and a sense of danger."

Joly will also meet fans post show to sign copies of his latest book, The Hezbollah Hiking Club.

Dom Joly’s Holiday Snaps will be at Theatre Royal Winchester on Sunday, May 15 at 7.30pm.
