Looking for things to do in Winchester over this four day easter holiday? Here are some local things to keep you entertained:

  1. Winchester Bunny Hop Easter Trail, city centre

Explore Winchester in this free and fun-filled, Easter-themed trail for kids and big kids alike. Either download the trail sheet or collect one from The Arc, Winchester City Museum or Visitor information centre.

Once you have your map, start your journey across the historic streets of Winchester in search of nine Easter-themed words, which will be hidden in easter egg signs displayed in the windows of local businesses

After you’ve collected all nine words then return your trail sheets to one of the three locations above and redeem an Easter-themed treat! You’ll also be entered into the prize draw to win an Easter-inspired hamper, filled with lots of great treats, kindly donated by local businesses. A winner will be drawn on April 25th 2022 and contacted accordingly.

The trail takes place from 9am until 5pm, Friday to Sunday.

  1. Easter Egg Hunt, Winchester City Mill

For £3 a trail pack you can work you way around the working water mill which straddles the famous river Itchen and collect some chocolate treats. The Easter trail takes you around the mill and into our unique island garden where you can spot yellow ducks and enjoy the views.

Alternatives to chocolate can be provided for those visitors with dietary or allergen requirements.
