A WINCHESTER man has been fined for failing to co-operate with the police.
Nicholas Borg, 36, of Canute Road, Highcliffe, failed to tell police the identity of a driver of a 13-reg Mercedes believed to have committed an offence in Banbury between June 24-July 22 last year.
Oxford Magistrates Court heard the case proved under the single justice procedure.
Borg was fined £660 with a £66 victim surcharge and £90 costs. Six penalty points were added to his licence.
