Winchester City Council planning officers permitted all applications over the last two weeks.

From the applications which were decided on December 26, David Rayfield had one permitted for a detached single storey wooden garage with dual pitched roof at Gable Cottage, Coppice Hill in Bishop's Waltham.

Charles Gorvett's application for a new three bedroom residential house in the rear garden of 10 Halls Farm Close was permitted.

In Alresford, Ms Fitzgerald can demolish the existing garage and utility and erect an extension to the side and rear of 74 Grange Road.

In Winchester, Mr Fitzhenry can change the material for roof from zinc to Spanish Slate for the application 19/01047/FUL, at 5 Airlie Corner.

Nick Hanson, at 43 High Street, can have new signage, external redecoration, replacement A/C condenser and internal alterations.

Mr Hanson had another application permitted for non-projecting fascia signage and hand-painted black lettering on a green background at the same address.

Amelia Adams, at Eagle Court, Swan Lane, had an application permitted to remove existing planters to make space for one additional parking bay at the front of the building.

Mark Watson's application for a single storey rear and two storey side extension at 26 Goring Field was permitted.

From the applications which were decided on January 2, Mr Hallett, in Shedfield, can extend the existing building and change of use from Class B8 (Storage and Distribution) to Class E (Offices) at Forest Farm, Winchester Road.

In Alresford, Richard Rawling had an application permitted to replace the existing signage with new colours and logo, including a fascia sign board and hanging sign at Bay Tree House, 26 West Street.

Mr and Mrs Arney's application for a replacement dwelling, Reconstruction and extension of The Lodge on Drove Lane was permitted.

Mr and Mrs Goddard, of 19 The Meadow in Denmead, can have first floor side and single storey rear extensions.
