SIR: Many months and in some cases, years have be wasted and legal costs through procrastination of plans for both developments, River Park Leisure Centre and Silver Hill.

Considering both projects are for the good of Winchester’s residents, is it not time for all parties in the city council to sit round a table and reach a unified agreement in order that these important developments move forward.

Naturally there will be differences of opinion, but the focus must be on the long-term benefits to all.
