A WINCHESTER man caught drug driving on the M3 has been disqualified for a year.
Paul Mason, 36, of Christchurch Road, was stopped on the motorway on July 5.
His cannabis reading was 3ug/l when the legal limit is 2ug/l, a court was told.
Mason admitted the charge and also possession of 6g of cannabis.
Magistrates fined him £120 with £45 costs, a £34 victim surcharge and a 12-month ban.
