WINCHESTER man Adrian Constanda, 36, of Mount View Close, Oliver's Battery, has pleaded guilty to speeding.
When he appeared at Southampton Magistrates Court he was fined £66 and ordered to pay £34 victim surcharge.
His driving licence was endorsed with three points.
