A WINCHESTER burglary allegation against two people arrested in the Meon Valley has been dropped.
A 27-year-old woman from Exton and a 35-year-old man from Kings Worthy were arrested in Church Lane, Exton, regarding a burglary in Stanmore last weekend. They have now been released from custody.
Today a police spokesman said: "Both arrested parties have been released with no further action in connection to the burglary, and both received conditional cautions for malicious communications in relation to messages sent in connection with the incident."
A stolen puppy has been recovered, announced the police in a tweet yesterday.
The arrests were made in connection with a burglary at a property in The Valley, Stanmore, at around 4.45pm on Friday December 3.
