TRAFFIC is buildung up again in Winchester this afternoon (Sunday) as people visit the city attracted by the Christmas market.
ROMANSE the travel information service tweeted: "All city-centre car parks are almost full (if not already) and delays are building on the one-way system, please use the various park & ride car parks which currently all have spaces."
Yesterday (Saturday) the city centre was severely congested with every city centre car park is full.
Visitors are being urged to use the park and ride facilities as delays continue to build.
The one-way system is exceptionally busy and drivers are experiencing delays of up to half an hour.
This is likely due to the Christmas market attracting visitors, although the reason has not been specified.
