A MAN will have to pay the courts nearly £1,000 after failing to provide information relating to the driver of a vehicle.
Brendon Brink, 39, of Owls Road, Bournemouth, was proved by single justice procedure to have failed when required by the chief officer of police for Sussex to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle alleged to have been guilty of an offence.
He was sentenced at Crawley Magistrates’ Court on November 30.
Magistrates fined Bring £660 for the offence, relating to an incident in Shoreham.
He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and costs of £110.
His driving record was also endorsed with six points.
