A DRIVER caught doing more than 100mph near Winchester has avoided a ban.
Inoki Gardener, 41, of International Way, Weston, Southampton, was clocked driving a 20-reg Mercedes A180 on the A34 northbound at Sutton Scotney on June 20, a court heard.
Gardener pleaded guilty at Aldershot Magistrates Court and was fined £323 with £90 costs and a £4 victim surcharge. Six penalty points were added to his licence.
