An application submitted by an agent for a static advertisement panel at the advertising boards on Stockbridge Road was refused.

Louse Roberts had an application refused for replacing the existing adverts for digital ones at the bus shelter on Sussex Street.

All other applications were permitted by the city council planning officers.

In Badger Farm, Joseph Stallard's application for a small garden office in the bottom corner of the garden at 3 Ivy Close was permitted.

Steve Wright's amendments to the application 20/02241/HOU were permitted at 32 Barley Down Drive, adding approved windows and rooflights.

A lawful development certificate was permitted for Mr and Mrs Peck to construct a swimming pool at Scandia House, Southdown Road in Shawford.

In Crawley, Peter Critchell can demolish a side utility room, garage and lean to and construct a side extension at 6 Hacks Lane.

Mr and Mrs Selway can have a garage conversion at 22 Creech View in Denmead.

Rosemary Smith, of 7 Lansdell Road, is permitted to have a single storey rear extension.

Mr and Mrs Johnston's application to extend their dwelling to have a new kitchen and utility room with a second staircase up to main bedroom at Cherrytree Barn, Basingstoke Road in Martyr Worthy has been permitted.

In Kings Worthy, Tasmin Sui can demolish the single storey and two storey side extensions at 1 Madeira Villas, Springvale Avenue.

Mr and Mrs Stear, of The Rowans, 85 Harestock Road, can have a single storey detached garden room.

S Holland had an application permitted to erect a replacement curtilage building at Thatched Cottage, 41 Northbrook in Micheldever.

Mr Gunner's work application to create a large open plan area, demolish and replace the garage, erect and office building in the garden and construct a porch at 6 Corfe Close in Alresford has been permitted.

The application from Mr and Mrs Bebbington-Moore has been permitted to replace the roof, enlarge existing single storey rear studio and international alterations at Meadsted, 80 Jacklyns Lane in Alresford.

In Shedfield, the application from Mr and Mrs Pegram, of Shirrell Heights, Pricketts Hill, for a rear single storey extension with raised patio was permitted.

Jeremy Cookson can have an outbuilding in the rear garden of 20 Provene Close, Waltham Chase.
