A CHARITY which supports stress and anxiety in the workplace has released a Christmas card featuring Winchester Cathedral.

The card is on sale in the Winchester charity card shop in the High Street and will raise money for the charity Know Thyself.

The card was designed by the charity's founder, Daphne Vaughan, and it will also support Combat Stress, a charity that supports veterans' mental health.

Know Thyself was founded in memory of Daphne's son, Tom, who died who died over two years ago which was triggered by stress and anxiety.

The charity helps and supports people at a time when they are developing their careers and are experiencing and suffering from mental health problems.

Combat Stress specifically helps former servicemen and women with mental health problems such as post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety and depression.

The Christmas card is called ‘Helping Hands for Father Christmas’ and costs £4.50 for a pack of 10 cards.
