RESIDENTS across Winchester woke up this morning to the aftermath of heavy rainfall that swept the county overnight.
Drivers are facing closed roads and Hampshire Highways crews have been dealing with flooding and debris.
Bus services are currently disrupted in Sparsholt as Woodman Lane, near The Plough Inn, is blocked in both directions due to a fallen tree.
Stagecoach Tweeted this morning: “Due to the fallen tree between The Plough public house and Sparsholt turning, all services will divert to and from Sparsholt village using Westley Lane and NOT serve Sparsholt village stores stop. Customers can catch the bus opposite Sparsholt Church."
