Man fined for possession of crack cocaine in Winchester
A WINCHESTER man has been fined for possession of crack cocaine.
Kevin Blake, 41, of Christchurch Road, was found with 0.3grams of the class A drug in Winchester on September 3, a court heard. Blake admitted the charge.
Magistrates in Basingstoke fined him £40 with a £34 victim surcharge with the penalty to be deducted from his benefits.
