In Denmead, Mr Stedman's plan for stables and a gravel hardstanding on the land at Lower Crabbick Lane were also refused.

In the city, Dr Hugh Sanderson had his application rejected for the replacement of a window for a doubled glazed unit at 11 Eastgate Street.

Richard Jobson at the The Superintendent House in Andover Road also had his application rejected for a garden fence to the eastern boundary of 78 Andover Road and North Hill Close. This was a resubmission.

An application was withdrawn by Rhiannon Wynn for a replacement window at 1B St Peters House, Bank Street in Bishop's Waltham.

All other applications were accepted with Mr Pearce in Boarhunt able to build three detached dwelling houses with access driveway on the land adjacent to Springfield Trampers Lane.

Robert Davidson can build a wooden log cabin behind rear of existing garage at 11A Creech View in Denmead.

Mr Taylor in Headbourne Worthy had his application for internal and external refurbishments at Ruskin, Wellhouse Lane permitted.

In Harestock, Mr Bateson's application has been permitted for a front porch, reduction in height of window on side elevation and a new front garden wall at 13 Priors Dean Road.

Just along the street, Mr and Mrs Ramsay can have a front porch, window adjustment, new window, new front garden wall and cladding to front elevation at 15 Priors Dean Road.

Mr and Mrs Pearson at 15 Hillcrest Gardens in Shedfield can demolish their conservatory and construct a new single storey rear extension.

In South Wonston, Yentl Flo can carry out the planned work at 34 Stavedown Road which includes extending the kitchen.

Mr and Mrs Freemantle's resubmission for a single storey side extension and rendering of existing brickwork at Cloudbank, 64 Downs Road has been permitted.
