A KINGS Worthy man has been fined for speeding in Portsmouth.
Ian Newman, 59, of Church Lane, was recorded breaking the 30mph limit in a 63-reg Vauxhall on Anglesea Road on November 5 last year.
The speed was not recorded on the public court record.
He pleaded guilty and was fined £105 with a £34 victim surcharge and £90 costs with three penalty points on his licence.
