The M27 smart motorway scheme
A STRETCH of busy motorway will be closed this weekend.
Drivers are being urged to consider their route as part of the M27 westbound carriageway undergoes smart motorway work.
Between 9pm and 6am, both Saturday and Sunday, all lanes between junctions 11 (Fareham) and 9 (Whiteley) will be shut.
This comes after a full week of works to both the M3 and the M27.
The M3 remains open as usual this weekend.
