A MEMORIAL service will be held in Winchester for Lord Ashburton who died last October, aged 91.
It will be a service of thanksgiving for the life of John Baring, Lord Ashburton, who lived at Northington and owned the Grange Estate.
He established the opera festival at Northington Grange in the late 1990s.
The pandemic had delayed the service for several months. It will start at 12 noon on Friday October 15.
All are welcome.
