A TEENAGER has been fined for motoring offences after a crash near Kings Worthy.
Reece Apicella, 19, of Warnford Road, West Meon, faced charges after his 53-reg Renault Clio was in collision with fencing on Park Lane, Abbots Worthy, on February 9.
Allegations of failing to stop after an accident and driving without due care and attention were withdrawn by the prosecution at Basingstoke Magistrates Court.
Apicella admitted failing to report an accident within 24 hours and causing a vehicle to be left in a dangerous position in the road.
Magistrates fined him £250 with £85 costs and £34 victim surcharge. Seven penalty points were added to his licence.
