FITNESS instructor, Claire Buck is hosting a Fitness and Wellbeing Festival for women.

The event will be held on September 19 at the Scout Headquarters, Braishfield Road, Romsey.

Claire aims to inspire confidence, encourage exercise and incorporate fun at the same time and it is suitable for all fitness levels.

The day consists of seven fitness classes as well as wellbeing workshops and nutritious food.

Claire started her online fitness and wellbeing community during the pandemic in 2020. She said: "I wanted to create a day that had something for everyone, whether you want to take on three classes or all seven, something I like to champion is balance. Listening to your body and resting when it is needed is important for your mental and physical wellbeing."

The fitness day consists of seven fitness classes as well as wellbeing workshops and nutritious food. It also features a host of local experts leading various wellbeing workshops including a Neal's Yard pamper session, an introduction to reflexology, soft tissue massage and even a willow crown making workshop.

Donna Lambe, long time fitness and community member said: "I’m really looking forward to Claire’s Fitness and Wellbeing festival. It’s going to be the first fitness event that I've attended since the pandemic and I can't wait to see everyone face to face and get back to a sense of normality.’

Liz Whicher, who is also a community member commented added: " I’ve always been into my fitness and keeping healthy. Since lockdown, I felt that Claire has made such a difference to my fitness level by encouraging me with her classes online, especially the cardio tone on a Saturday morning with the good old club tracks to work out to."
