OPEN space in Winchester is being considered by the city council to be used as residential parking.
The area, opposite 40 Bath Place, is approximately three square metres.
Any objections should be made in writing to Melissa Jepson, Estates Department, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester, by close of business on September 15.
