Man fined for waste disposal offence near Winchester
A SOUTHAMPTON man has been fined for a waste disposal offence in Colden Common near Winchester.
Eduard Nicolae, 21, failed to ensure on or before June 10 2020 the transfer of waste was to an authorised person and with a written description of the waste.
The prosecution was brought by Winchester City Council.
Nicolae, of North East Road, Sholing, pleaded guilty and was fined £400 with compensation of £240, courts costs of £150 and a £40 victim surcharge.
